Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kitchen Cloud!

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kitchen Cloud platform (“Platform”), operated to connect Home-Chefs (Sellers) with Customers who want to order fresh home-made food.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.


1. PLATFORM ROLE


Kitchen Cloud is a marketplace platform. We:

  • Provide tools for home-chefs to list food items

  • Facilitate ordering and payments

  • Provide delivery ecosystem support (if applicable)

We do NOT:

  • Cook food

  • Own kitchens

  • Control hygiene of home-chef kitchens

  • Guarantee taste, quantity, or quality of food

  • Assume liability for any user misconduct


2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES


Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not misuse the platform

  • Not violate any local food safety laws

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities

Home-Chefs agree to:

  • Sell only fresh, hygienic, home-made food

  • Follow delivery timing & preparation guidelines

  • Clearly mention allergens, ingredients, and expiry time

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct address & contact

  • Accept timely deliveries

  • Not misuse refund system


3. ORDERING & PAYMENTS


  • All payments are handled via secure third-party services.

  • Kitchen Cloud may charge a platform/service fee.

  • Orders once accepted may not be cancellable depending on chef availability.


4. REFUNDS & DISPUTES


Refunds are processed only when:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Spoiled or unsafe food

  • Chef fails to prepare food

Refunds are NOT allowed for:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Late deliveries caused by traffic or unavoidable conditions

Kitchen Cloud will mediate disputes but final decision lies with the platform.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All logos, branding, and platform content are property of Kitchen Cloud.


6. TERMINATION


Kitchen Cloud may suspend or block users violating policies.


7. LIABILITY LIMITATION


We are not liable for:

  • Any health-related issues caused by consumption of food

  • Delays in delivery

  • Third-party service failures

Users use the platform at their own risk.


8. CHANGES TO TERMS


Kitchen Cloud may update Terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance.
